One has to pay the cable bill every month or annually, but to provide relief to the people, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a special service due to which users will be able to watch TV without setup box. Actually, BSNL has launched Internet Protocol Television Service (BSNL IPTV Service Launched).
BSNL has partnered with City Online Media Private Limited for Internet Protocol Television i.e. IPTV service. Under this, broadband customers will be able to get the benefit of IPTV service. Let us know about it in detail.
Will be able to watch more than 1000 TV channels
According to a report, the benefit of IPTV service will be available under the Ulka TV brand under City Online Media Private Limited. BSNL will offer more than 1000 TV channels in the new IPTV service. Apart from this, it is also necessary to have broadband connection.
No separate broadband connection will be required for IPTV service.
According to BSNL, customers will not have to take any separate broadband connection to avail IPTV service. BSNL broadband customers will be able to get the facility to watch TV channels on their existing broadband plans. However, there is no information regarding which channels will be shown in it.
What is IPTV?
Internet Protocol Television An online service is called IPTV for short. Under this, users can stream live TV and content on their TV or smartphone. This service will be provided by BSNL under Ulka TV. For this, users will be given Ulka TV app which can be downloaded on TV or smartphone and they will be able to use this service.
