To print executed query at last In Codeigniter
In the above example we have used get method to pull the data from members table. After execution it Will print the query – “Select * from members. So on the same way you can print any complex query Like – Insert, Update, Delete, Joins, Union etc in Codeigniter.
Example 1:
$query = $this->db->get("members");
echo $this->db->last_query();
Example 2: Use:
Returns the last query that was run (the query string, not the result). Example:
$this->db->last_query(); $str = $this->db->last_query(); // Produces: SELECT * FROM products....

$query = $this->db->get("upcomming_movies");
$results = $this->db->last_query();
