Marilyn Monroe was born Norma Jean Mortensen in June 1926, her mother’s name was “Gladys Pearl Baker”, and her father was unknown, hence the name “Norma Pearl Baker”.
Her mother’s mental condition was not good, so Marilyn Monroe was raised by foster parents, “Albert” and “Ida” Bolander, in Hawthorne, California, for the first six years. Then her mother tried to get her back, but she was not given to Marilyn because of her composure. And Marilyn Monroe had to live in orphanages and foster homes.
A traumatic childhood had made him shy and reserved.
Marilyn Monroe married her neighbor Jimmy Dorty in 1942, just after her 16th birthday. Marilyn Monroe became a duodenum, but Marilyn Monroe was not happy with her life, and was getting bored. In 1943 her husband went on to join the Merchant Marine to participate in America’s war effort. And the two soon parted ways.

1946 was a pivotal year for Marilyn Monroe, she divorced her husband and changed her name from boring Norma Baker to glamorous Marilyn Monroe. He learned acting and got his first film offer from 20th Century Fox. His early films did not do much, but because of these early films, he got more prominent roles in films such as All About Eve, Niagara, Gentleman Prefer Blonde and How to Mary a Millionaire. Marilyn Monroe became famous globally with these successful roles. And Hollywood became an icon of glamor and fashion.
In Year of 1954
In 1954 she married DiMaggio, a baseball star. Marilyn Monroe was now one of Hollywood’s biggest box office stars, but her contract was still out of date. . Also, Marilyn Monroe didn’t want to be typecast just by playing roles in comedies and musicals.
Controversy over salary and choice of acting caused him to be temporarily suspended by 20th Century Fox, but later accepted some of his demands and paid him a higher salary. He starred in ‘The Seven Year Itch’ in September 1954, which attracted much media attention.
In Year of 1955
In 1955 he sought more independence from Fox and began his own film production. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Best Actress Award for ‘Bus Stop’ in 1956. He also won a Golden Globe in 1956 for his role in ‘Some Like It Hot’.
His relationship with DiMaggio turned sour, and Marilyn Monroe divorced him, began dating Miller, and married and converted to Judaism.

In Year of 1960
In the early 1960s, her health began to deteriorate, she was addicted to a drug called barbiturate and going through depression. His marriage with Miller broke up. Due to his ill health, he was having a lot of trouble shooting films, and shooting was often delayed. But she was still in high demand and often appeared on the front covers of magazines. In 1962, he was appointed to the White House by President J. F. Kennedy’s birthday song.
But the sad thing is, friends, Marilyn Monroe died in 1962 at the age of only 36 due to an overdose of barbiturate drug.
