We also went to visit Pitra Parvat in our Indore trip. This temple is located in Hatod road of Indore. This temple is located a little inside from Hatod road. By the way, we had got to see the huge statue of Hanuman ji from Hatod main road itself. That’s why we went to this temple to see Hanuman ji.
This Hanuman temple is built on a high hill and this mountain itself is called Pitra Parvat. There are many trees and plants all around this mountain. It feels great to be here. Greenery is available to be seen here. There is a road leading to the main Hanuman temple.
We had reached near the entry gate of Pitra Parvat Hanuman Mandir. There was a huge space for parking here. But the temple was far away from here and the people who were in the parking lot here. Those people were asking to park the car here and were asking to walk the way ahead. The car could go further smoothly.
There is a paved road to reach Pitra Parvat Hanuman Temple. But here, the people who were there. Those people refused us to take the car ahead. That’s why we could not go to this temple. Because it was a very long route, trekking had to be done to reach the temple.
That’s why we did not go to the Pitra Parvat temple. One can reach the temple by car or bike.
Pitra Parvat Hanuman Temple is very beautiful. There is a huge statue of Hanuman ji here. It is one of the biggest statue of Madhya Pradesh. This idol is of golden color. In this statue, Hanuman ji is seen in a sitting position. Hanuman ji is doing bhajan in this idol.
Hanuman ji’s temple has been built under the statue of Hanuman ji. Hanuman ji is seated in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. This temple is also built very beautifully. The carvings are to be seen in the walls and pillars of the temple, which looks very amazing. A laser show is held here in the evening.
Laser shows are organized here on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays. Many people come here on Saturday, Tuesday and Sunday to see Lord Hanuman. From here one can get a beautiful view of the surroundings. The peaceful atmosphere here is very nice.
